The parents have responsibilities to the Diocesan interscholastic Sports Program.

Parents will be expected to:
• Support the program by encouraging their child to cooperate with the coach and the school.
• Be available to help when necessary and when requested.
• Make sure your child has transportation for each practice and game.
• Have your child at practices and games on time. Be sure your child is picked up promptly afterward, if your child is not picked up promptly after practice he/she will be sent to extended care and you will be charged.
• Be examples of Christian behavior at games and avoid excessive pressure on the child to win by respecting all players and opponents.
• Accept the judgment of officials at games.
• Show respect and appreciation for the coaches, because they are volunteers.
• Demonstrate friendly sportsmanship to all the spectators.
